He did everything righteous as far as his illogical teachings taught. Then isn't that why he went willingly to die. Because all his lessons said, we must turn the other cheeck. But by turning the other cheeck we are allowing ourselves to be killed by thoses who disagree with Christ's teachings. So I ask, what was it that Christ taught us in the end? What kind of role model was he? Insane?

What you posted as a definition of suicide is not what it actually is. Your thought processes were obviously strained to put something "clever" in here...it didn't work.
Jesus brought freedom from death...not suicide. You might start reflecting on that, rather than acting foolishly in public.
God wants you to CHOOSE LIFE not death.
His teachings, by the way, were "illogical" only to those who had no clue about what God was doing in the world. So, you are right in a sense, understanding the supernatural with a merely natural mind does seem "illogical". Jesus taught us to love God with our whole hearts, souls, minds and strength and to love our neighbor as ourselves. THAT is what His lessons were all about.
Well that sure must sound "illogical" to you because you stated...
"Because all his lessons said, we must turn the other cheeck" (sic) Sorry, that is simply not true.
Be thankful that Jesus paid the price because none of us could do it...only Jesus.
Jesus loves you!

Suicide, by definition is when one one takes their own life. From a religious (Christian) perspective, suicide is seen as a great sin because one becomes despondent and looses hope in God being able to make their life manageable (if not altogether better).
Once someone has killed themselves, they are not able to repent, therefore the person dies literally in a sinful act, the sin being despondency.

Jesus Christ was killed, in contrast to suicide was one, not despondant when He was to be killed. That's right, killed, in other words, He did *not* take His own life. To the dismay of some, neither did he fight or resist those out to kill Him. The reason for this is simple, because by being crucified He (among other things) fulfilled prophetic scripture.

Speaking as a Christian, I can say that, we, though we are not "Christ", live with the hopes to become like Him, by doing our best to follow what He taught. He taught a simple thing really, that by turning the other cheek, we resist returning evil for evil.

In like manner, when someone dies for their faith and they are killed (murdered) and becomes martyrs, note that they are not killing themselves, but rather others are killing them. And they whom are being killed for their faith (to the vexation of a fleshly mind) are battling evil with something that evil has little concept of, that being -- "good".

Good may seem insane to those predisposed to an evil nature, but the opposite is actually the reality.

My dear child, The Lord Jesus Christ was fulfilling his holy calling as our redeemer whn he allowed himself to be crucified. Without his sacrifice there would be no redemption nor forgiveness for our sins. There is a difference between allowing death and causing death, the latter being the suicide of which you speak.

What Jesus meant when He said : Turn the other cheek was exactly described in Bible : when someone offends you, you must turn your cheek so that the offender (?) will KISS it, and by allowing him to do that, you mean the offense is forbidden, and forgotten. In fact Jesus was speaking for Jews who knew exactly what He was saying and why. So if people want to understand Jesus, they first have to learn and understand Old Testament. Good Luck.

He did not lead us to Suicide but he led us to be willing to endure Punishment for our Beliefs if that is what we must do, not all have had to endure Punishments but some have in places like China.

Someone once threatened to kill Pastor John Hagee by pointing a Gun at him, Pastor Hagee told the man, if you want to kill me go right ahead and kill me.

Eventually the man decided not to kill Pastor Hagee afterall and it's a good thing too considering God knew how much Pastor Hagee was needed to a point that God spared him from getting shot to death.

Jesus Christ taught that we as Christians are not to retaliate when we are wronged, and that we are to love man and thereby love God. Jesus preached love and he came to die for our sins, but what kiind of example would it have been if he pimp-slapped Judas and put some divine kung fu on the judge's @$$? So he accepted his fate and he died for truth. In following his example, he means that we are to love our brother and care for our sister, thereby being a Godly influence in their live.

Jesus Christ never existed in reality, but if he had his advice to turn the other cheek would be not only undivine (thereby disproving his divine status), but also quite foolish and idiotic.

Just the opposite, He was teaching us how to live. Jesus arose from the tomb just as we will one day if we follow his example and His teachings. We will have Eternal Salvation with Him in heaven.

Christians are called to "take up their cross" and follow Christ. They are all called to die... not literally, but to their own desires and natural human failings. They must present themselves as "living sacrifices" to God in order that His will and desires might become theirs. They must be willing to sacrifice anything in order to follow Christ.
This does not mean that Christians are called to commit suicide, but if God's calling leads to martyrdom they should be willing to follow.
And one more point: Jesus did not die simply because he was turning the other cheek. He died in order that humanity might be redeemed. He took the death that we all deserve, but he overcame death and was resurrected. It is by joining in his death (again, symbolically not literally) that we may also join in his resurrection and eternal life. By putting our faith in his sacrifice and likewise surrendering our will to God we allow his death to take the place of our death.

If you need prayer and sounds like you do I will pray for you. Jesus teaches of love and mercy, something that don't hurt anyone. If you love him and seek him with your heart you will spend eternity with him.
