I live in Kansas City,MO and need to know where I can find a waterballoon slingshot for the 4th.

I don't know where to buy them. But if you go to the local hardware store you can buy surgical tubing. then you can connect it to a football cut in half or leather or cloth. Something to hold the balloon with. You will probably need about 16ft of surgical tubing. Then you cut it into 4ft strips. Put 4 holes in your balloon holder and tie them in. You should be ready to go. :)

Definitly a party store, but you would be suprised at what u could find at a good dollar store

Try a party goods store or some sporting goods stores. That should do you just fine.
