The shape of the ears... no. However, in Downs Syndrome, the person's ears are typically lower set than people without Downs Syndrome. The shape itself really doesn't tell anything unless it's malformed due to a genetic disorder and therefore other organs would probably be affected by the genetic disorder. But there is nothing saying if you have big ears then you have this disease o small ears, or squaere ears or this or that. There is no correlation that way.

I am not aware of a strong correlation. Some people who have been born without external ears also had a number of other birth defects. Is that what you were referring to?
The position of the ear has to do with a number of things. If there is some problem that prevents the ears from ascending properly, they remain lower on the head than average.

Ear shapes are unique to the individual, but I've never heard that they were linked to internal organs. It's more a genetics issue. For example, attached vs unattached earlobes. :)

no not really if you mean if we can hear better then let me give you a fact
women hear better than men
black people hear better than whites (not an insult science stuff)

black women here better there for hear VERY LOW frequency sounds

i don't know about the shape, however i have heard that a crease in the lobe signifies heart and other diseases......
