if your trying to gain weight eating fatty foods wont help. your going to end up with FAT weight rather than healthy weight. try taking protein shakes and working out, but with very little cardio/mostly weight training

Enjoy where you are....I understand wanting to dress up like a woman without feeling self concious but from a different stand point...I have quite the opposite problem... However, I have been at a very healthy weight before...eating junk food will not cut it..check with your doctor or if you already know what your limitations are then you know if you can handle the physical activity...and whether or not your body can handle it's sugar load.... apparently you burn off the fatty foods and that's good ...it will catch up with you eventually though and in an unhealthy way so forget about the junk if you want to fill out check out some outdoor activity...do you play sports or participate in any outdoor activities...when you do and you ...eat a good healthy portion of meat...vegetables and potatoes and or pasta you will fill out....

eat more healthy foods. If you are taking in more than you burn off, you will gain weight. And, if you exercise right, you will gain that weight as muscle and look great. Start eating a chicken breast or two for breakfast. Eat something healthy midmorning. Have a large and healthy lunch...a midday snack...and a good dinner at least 3 hours before bed. Try a protein shake...get away from the 200 calorie cereal breakfast so many Americans eat. Go to cheese, yogurt, deli meat or chicken breasts. Hard boiled eggs are good. Left over steak is good. Just ramp up quality calories and it will happen.

I can't stand answers that begin with, "you should love yourself" Well intentioned they might, it doesn't help!

Everybody wants to change something about themselves. Even Tom Cruise had braces in his teeth! Work out your daily calorie intake and then add 500 calories or more if you have to

Dont just have protein shakes. That will have the opposite effect to what you are trying to achieve. Think Atkins Diet.

Fatty foods do help though. Don't go overboard.

I know a lot of people like this, who can eat a whole cow and still be as skinny as they were the day before.

You could try working out your muscles to gain muscle mass and gain weight that way. Or you could try sitting on your *** all day and eating a lot of pizza or fatty foods.

If neither of those work, then I don't know what to tell you. But the muscle mass should work.

If you must gain weight, add one doughnut half an hour before bedtime to your regular diet. Then brush your teeth. And drink regular sodas. But if you're young, 5-3 and 100 is NOT a problem. Just get some nice clothes that draw attention up top.

You may have an over active thyroid gland. I would go to a doctor and have them give you a blood test for hyperactive thyroid.

There is the peanut butter diet that helps you bulk up and lots of supplements at health food stores that are intended for athletes that need to bulk up. I would consult a Dr before I did anything else

okay don't worry. your not that underweight. im 5'6" and 101 pounds. and i dont think i need to gain weight. id say your body is perfect. look at nicole richie...shes short and skinny...shes 85 pounds and gorgeous. so don't gain weight...

but if you must then get these shakes that are like 3000 calories. idk from where you can ask a dr. but they'll make you gain weight. also...all those fatty foods dont necessarily make everyone "fat" your just making yourself unhealhty. eat fruits and veges and protein. eat healthy fats like fat in good food... the only thing your doing is damaging your body.

good luck with this!!

You dont want to gain weight with junk food or fast foods.

What I would suggest is working out with weights. For a very thin frame, athletic legs are very shapely and very sexy. Just work low reps with heavy weights.

in case you wan't to learn weight, and build muscle. you do no longer wan't to in basic terms over consume with junk meals. this could actually makeyou fatter, and unsafe. yet once you wan't to learn muscle you will ought to drink some severe protein drink's, shakes, meals. Peanut Butter & Jelly i think of could be a reliable start up. The Peanut Butter will provide you Protein, on a similar time as the Jelly has lot's of severe Fructose, and Sugars, to help positioned of the load. you're able to be able to wan't to envision out some less costly CVS Pharmacy over-the-counter forms of organic herb pills to help help the muscle tissues. i won't be able to think of of any names of those types, yet i understand they exist, i've got heard of human beings taking them, and had reliable outcomes whilst taken in many circumstances.
