I'd let them decide. If he's a great friend, he'd tell me to save my Lover. If your Lover cares for you, she'll tell you to save your friend. Save the one that tells you to let them die. If both are good, flip a coin in the bathroom secretly. If both are selfish,sell the cure online on E-Bay.

Well granted that is got to be one of the toughest desicions that man kind has to offer. Well me personally it would depend on the friend first of all. Because I some friends that I would save over anything in this world, and others who would be second place to my love. Secondly, you really have to see in all perspectives who you would want to be around more, and who will remain around you longer. I would reccomment a lot of theropy, and a lot of self reflection before making a decision like that.
