Around 6 months give or take. I'm assuming you mean actual growing and not behavior? I have a Chinese crested that was full grown at 6 months my mom has a Maltese full grown at 7 months.

Phyiscal size about 9 to 12 months, Mature(adult) at 2 years. But be careful they can breed at 6 months which is too young to do so.
Please Spay or Neuter your pet.

9-12 months is correct, but may need to be on Puppy food through 16 months. Smaller dogs, since they live longer, have a longer puppyhood than larger dogs.
