What are the best things to do there?
What can I do that's pretty cheap?
Just give me as much info as poss without me having to research for myself (I'm too lazy)
Also thinking of visiting LA...?

Besides the obvious..Disneyland, you might want to check out Knott's Berry Farm, The Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach as well as the Queen Mary.
If you are a more adventurous type....snorkelling off of Palos Verdes or Laguna Beach is wonderful. If it is the winter time, skiing in Big Bear is fantastic (when there is snow) or if you are up for a drive, Solvang up above Santa Barbara is a cute place to go for the day.
