His mother died in childbirth, and ,so, the responsibility sadly rests with me. He needs a really bodacious first name, and a rocking middle name. The last name is already taken care of. Acting ability runs in the family, and I have hopes for him as a future actor. So, the names need to worthy of an actor, hopefully a star.

The doctor said "We have to name this baby!" That's why I'm on the computer. What else would you have me do? Ask people in the hospital?

Well, he's such a beautiful baby and I've made my decision, and the doctor is finally happy. Thanks for all of your suggestions. If, someday, you ever hear of an actor named Chris Devon XXXXX, think of us. I can't choose among your answers, and so I'm putting it to a vote.

I dont know if this will help but I picked a name from one of those baby books. Actually it was the very first boy name because I liked what it meant. Unfortunately, it is very popular now and i had no idea. Try to find a list or a book that has the meaning behind the names-this may help you pick the one you like :) My baby's name Aidan means-little fiery one. and I can honestly say it fits him to a T LOL Also I picked his middle name due to the fact that his daddy likes cars a lot. I have had mixed responses on it but the middle name I picked was Gauge. Sorry for your lose and I wish you luck :)

My sympathy for your loss. Congratulations for your son. Surely the name of your son came up in conversation prior to his mother's passing. His middle name could be a masculine form of his mothers name [first middle or maiden]. His first name should be strong and simple and reflect him [what do you see and feel when you look at your son?] I do like Isiah, Isreal, Nethan, Jason and Ben. Not knowing your last name makes it a little difficult to suggest names that flow nicely. Make sure that your son's initials don't spell something not so nice. C.A.D. or D.O.G.

how about Julius Antony - Julius for obvious reasons for the strength of Ceasar and Antony after Cleopatra's Husband. SInce you mentioned acting, Liz Taylor (a woman of strength) has played Cleopatra in the movies - since his Mom died, tribiute to her. Julius Ceasar has also been played by many actors on the big and small screen.
