no not in most cases
any needle puncture can carry infection, from the needle and also your skin, into your system .
This can some carry seriouse diseases
eg hep b, aids, staphloccocus etc
a fine needle can , sting a bit and you may even have some superficial bleeding , when it is pulled out .
, depends of course where it hits you ,
it could puncture a vein and tear it , causing bleeding or a bruise .
.
or if it injected with some poison, may be fatal depending what it was .
Acupuncture treatment is done with very fine needles . I have never heard that they killed anybody
:)

What?? Anyway, needles don't kill people. Drugs or bacteria may, but the needle can be, and sometimes is, the size of a pencil and wouldn't kill anyone.
Unless you're stabbing it directly into a main artery or something. Gee, you're not TRYING to kill someone, are you?

Needle doesn't kill. Maybe if you swallow it, but not immediately in the long run you'll develop some other complicaitons such as punctured intestine then develop an infection due to this.
