Try listening to relaxing music, like Enya or Clannad and possibly reading, that drifts me to sleep.
Do you have worries on your mind?
Drink herbal tea or something,
Hope this helps

Try to meditate before you go to bed, reflect on the things you have done in the day. Theres probably something thats bugging you and you're worried about...this may just come down to being stressed because you won't get any sleep or it may be a deeper issue that needs to be resolved

before you go to bed, make a list of all the things that are bugging you or that are on your mind for the next day. Or, you can try to immagine that you are putting whatever you are thinking of on a shelf near by. Take that idea and picture it floating to a shelf. you can tell yourself that you will think about it the next day and take it off the shelf then. or do jumping jacks before you get in bed.
