My boyfriend and I are coming up on our one year of being together in one month and I am trying to figure out a couple of ways to celebrate it. I need tips on what to do, where to go, etc. Keep in mind that I am a girl and we are only 17 years old so I don't want any like marriage type stuff or anything too girly. I have a couple of things in mind, but I would like to hear other's imputs. :) Omaha, Nebraska...

First of all you need to think about what kind of relationship you have and where are you heading with it. You need to think of personalities and also needs. The things you like and enjoy may not be the same things he likes. If you have a healthy relationship with this guy and you think you might be together for a long time or even head to marriage and you really want to impress him, think of the things he likes best. Sports? Go to a sports' restaurant, or set up a dinner with a sport's team, He likes music? Go to a concert or find a spot that has live music. YOu dont have to spend a lot, it's abotu having fun and enjoying each other.

My boyfriend and I on our first anniversary had our "first date" over. We went to the same restaurant and went for ice cream and a walk afterwards. It was fun to remember how we met and how our first date and ourselves had changed over a years time.

Nothing too big. Dinner and purchase a gift no more than $25.
