ok in the next month and 15 days (46 days total) im just going to eat celery , like maybe one celery a day. And plenty of cold water and exercise. like jogging in the morning, jump rope and tabeo video . so how much do you think i can lose.... like im hoping 45-50 lbs , so if you can tell me i would appreciate, it, dont be critical on the health, i know the risk im taking, thanks

How much weight do I think you can lose? Approx 15 pounds, maybe as much as 20. 2 to 3 pounds per week max.

It isn't what you want to hear....but......after another 46 days, you could lose another MAYBE 15 pounds and you'd be exactly where ya wanna be....not with exactly the timing...but at least the weight you wanna be.

And, also, I don't think you need to eat celery and stuff. You could eat normal food (just skip the crap) and do this. Hard? yeah. Impossible? No, not at all. In fact...I am guessing that eating the celery will just piss you off...it won't really help lose the weight.

This is a totally BAD idea. Consider health risks, etc. It is unrealistice to think you can loose 45-50 lbs in 46 days.

You may want to talk to a doctor or a health professional about the healthiest way to loose weight. Exercise is good. Just don't overdue it. You could be dangering your heart and other organs.

Ask about reducing your caloric intake. What foods are nutrious but won't put on the pounds. Avoid sweets and fatty foods- like snacks, etc.

Take mult-vitamins anyway to be sure your body is getting some supplements.

Just eating celery isn't going to help. BAD IDEA!

Because you're only eating celery, your body will go into starvation mode which will make it difficult for you to lose weight for the first week or so, not to mention you'll likely be very weak and uncomfortable only eating that. A better idea would be to maybe have eggs and vegetables when you first get up (no carbs) and then just snack on celery the rest of the day. Your body literally won't be able to function on only about 20calories a day. Just eat really lightly, no carbs or sugar and don't eat past like 3pm.

That's a very bad idea. Do you know that when you stop eating and go on the "celery diet," your body goes into starvation mode, making it even harder to lose weight? Believe me (I've been there) when I say that on this kind of a diet, your metabolism slows down to almost nothing, you have no energy, and you gain the weight quickly back when you stop dieting. You're 75% more likely to regain the weight once you stop dieting than if you had eaten a healthy, well-balanced diet and exercised. And if you're really going on this diet, don't expect to be able to job, jump rope, and do the video. You probably won't even have the energy to do one of those three.

IN MY OPINION I THINK U COULD LOSE 40 LBS. BECAUSE I AM IN A DIET N I AM LOSING 1 LB A DAY. BUT I AM NOT EATING CELERY A DAY. WAT I DO IS IN THE MORNING I DANCE FOR 30 MINUTES. WHEN I GET HUNGRY I EAT A BANANA BECAUSE BANANAS GET U FULL. I THE AFTERNOON I EAT ANOTHER FRUIT. BUT IF I AM REALLY HUNGRY I EAT A TUNA SALED. IN THE EVENING I EAT A FRUIT SALAD N WHEN MY HUSBAND COMES OUT OF WORK I LEAVE MY BABY SON WIT HIM AND I RUN AROUND THE BLOCK 10 TIMES. I NO DAT THIS DIET COULD B DANGEROUS THAT IS Y I REWARD MYSELF ONCE EVERY WEEK. I GO TO A RESTAURANT AND EAT BUT GRILL FOOD ONLY AND SALAD. THE KEY TO LOSE WEIGH IS EAT WHEN U R HUNGRY BUT EAT ONLY TILL UR SATISFY NOT TILL U R ABOUT TO EXPLODE. ALSO AS SOON AS U EAT DON'T SIT DOWN TRY TO DO EXERCISE SO THE FAT DOESN'T ACCUMULATES. AND ITS BETTER 2 EXERCISE B4 U EAT BECAUSE THAT WAY U BURN MORE CALORIES. I ALSO THINK THAT U COULD LOSE 40 LBS BUT U WON'T MAKE IT EATING 1 CELERY A DAY U COULD EAT FRUIT SALADS N THAT WON'T GET U FAT. LAST YEAR A WAS 146LBS AND LOST 20 LBS IN 1 MONTH. I STARTED MY DIET ON JUNE 2005 AND FINISH ON JULY 2005 I WANTED TO BE 120LBS BUT I HAD TO STAY AT 126LBS BCAUSE I FOUND OUT THAT I WAS PREGNANT SO I STOP N DURING MY PREGNANCY I GAIN 55 LBS. I ENDED IN 181LBS. THEN I HAD MY BABY ON MAY 9 2006. NOW HERE I AM ON A DIET AND SO FAR I LOST 10LBS IN 10 DAYS. SO I HOPE U LOSE THE WEIGH U WANT TO LOSE. GOOD LUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK..

Don't be an idiot. You might indeed lose 50 pounds, but you'll be too weak to do any excercise and you'll damage your metabolism PERMANENTLY. You're talking about a starvation fast.

If you're that desperate, you need professional help. Maybe you should get that first.

And know this: when you get done dieting like this, you'll gain it all back, and you won't be able to lose it again. Starvation is NOT a diet plan. Please see a doctor and lose weight sensibly.

You'll only lose weight if you keep your metabolism active. Are you sure one celery stalk a day will do that? It is POSSIBLE to lose a pound a day, but it's not healthy.

P.S.--You can eat as many strawberries and celery stalks as you want--they have negative calories (meaning they contain fewer calories than you burn when you chew them).

ill say your gonna lose about thirty pounds if you stay on the diet. unless you make sure to increase your running and workout routines. at about thirty pounds your gonna hit a plateau and your gonna prolly need atleast another mopnth to hit 45-46

You sure don't seem to care for your health---All you lose will be water weight & muscle--the weight will come right back, with more fat tissue than you had before..
