I probably eat a little more than aveage but I try to work out for 20 minutes every week but I'm still gaining weight - why?

A typical day for me...

Breakfast 4 fried eggs, on fried bread, 1 tin of spam, 6 bacon rashers, deep fried hash browns, 1 lb of sausages, a tin of beans to fit with my healthy lifestyle. 3 large white bread rolls with butter

Lunch: a 5lb bag of chips (fried - oven chips aren't chips at all), a large steak, marrowfat peas, washed down with 5 pints of lager. for desert I enjoy a cheesecake followed by a sticky toffee pavlova - the packaging says they serve six, but I usually finish it off myself.

Tea: deep fried samosas & shami kebabs, fried popadoms (1 packet) with a jar of raita & a large lamb byriani with 2 nan breads & bread & butter. 10 pints of lager.

Supper: Battered fish & chips with scraps, Meat & Potato Pie, Mushy Peas, all piled into one of those giant 'flatcake' baps (like a 18" round bread roll).

Please help. I dunno what else to try

Try eating smaller portions like: for breakfast 2eggs, 1 cup of cereal(wheaties or something along those kinds). then wait 2-3 hrs.and have fresh fruit-never canned and only 1 piece unless it's berries then it'd be 1 cup.like every 2-3 hrs eat something small.like-yogurt, dried fruit, a bowl of healthy cereal, veggies they are extremely good for you. don't eat anything fried andd lay off the breads that puts lots of fat on your body. For dinner only eat chicken just one chicken breast will do you and a fresh veggie no corn and no potatoe. try having a colorful diet. different color fruits and veggies. don't eat steak that stays in your body for almost a week. try to drink 36 oz. of water a day some juice make sure it's 100% real juice and milk. water and milk will fill you up pretty quick. and in between eating try some cardio like walking jumping jax push-ups sit-ups stretching things like that try 3 times a day. i hope this helps you out. also if you have the money to spend go to gnc and buy a, "Ripped Kit" my husband and his sister got that and if you take these pills religously you're guaranteed to lose atleast 10 pounds in a month and that is without exercise and good eating now imagine the pounds you could shed with a steady diet and exercise plan combined with these pills. plus the staff at gnc will help you with whatever you need.

Good luck! :-)

you have to be kidding
I bet you are
If you actually cared about your weight and that actually was what you are eating then typing all that down should give you hint?

but ill give you what i tell everyone else in case you actually are a lost soul who cant live a day without eating the fattiest crap on earth.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

ALSO....
i found this artical called "50 Habits of "Naturally Thin" People
How to get Started:Decide how much you want to loose and see how many calories a day it will take to make it happen by year's end. Then, work into your routines however many of these eating tweaks and exercises you need to achieve your goal.

Just a guess here - Try getting naked, bend over & examine your backside in a mirror.

If you only have one a55hole - there lies your problem!
