No he didnt. At that time mike could have slept with almost any girl he wanted. As with kobe bryant mike made a bad decision. The difference between mike and kobe is that kobe was more intelligent and had better lawyers. Plus kobe was willing to pay off the girl that accused him; mike position was since he didnt do it he wasnt paying her. He was worth a lot of money at the time and could of easily paid her lots of money to make her go away. But he made the mistake lots of people make assuming that just because you didnt do something, you want be convicted of it. His lawyers didnt make him understand the fact that nearly 15% of all convictions are overturned; and that suggest that our legal system makes lots of mistakes. My wife asked me why do so many celebrities such as hugh grant turn to prostitutes or call girls when they can get almost any woman they want. I told her because prostitutes dont sue or make up phony rape charges.

I was skeptical except Tyson is such a news hound that had he gone to prison for a crime he didn't commit we would have never heard the end of it. That to me is the single biggest thing that tells me Tyson did it.

HE ADMITTED HE HAD SEX WITH HER, SHE CLAIMED HE RAPED HER. SHE LOST A BEAUTY CONTEST AND THEN REPORTED THE RAPE AFTER 3 DAYS. I THINK SHE MAY HAVE WANTED TO GET MONEY OUT OF TYSON, SHE WAS ONLY 18. ALOT 18 YEAR OLDS ARE LIARS. IF SHE REPORTED THE RAPE RIGHT AWAY I WOULD HAVE BELIEVED HER STORY.

Probably. This is the type of case where the only people who know the truth are the two people involved and they may have contrasting views of what occured.

I believe there was sex and that she set him up because he is so predicitable.It would be nice to be able to go see someone at 3:00A..M. and just talk (yea,right), but I believe she got more than she bargained for,and when he did not pay she cried rape.

We don't know if he appealed the decision or not. What we do know is that he possess the rag to possibly go ver the edge. I guess the only ones that can answer that question is him, the girl, and God!
