No , falling in love means you jump in hook, line , and sinker for this person, nothing left on the table as it were. You can really love your best friend or Mother for example, but you will know it when you are in love..

I'm a guy. When I'm in love, my whole body gets into the mix. I don't know how you can separate your heart from your body, doesn't seem natural.
