it is a reaction of the kind of chemicals in the hair dye used to the chemicals in the pool. most proffessional cosmetologists dont use the kind that will turn your hair green in a pool.

it is a chemical reaction from the clorine. Aveda makes a special shampoo that helps eliminate this green from you hair. you are only suppose to use it after you go swimming and if you swim everyday, then like once a week.

Clorine I thnk is how you spell it but you can get a shampoo from your hair person and that can help it not turn green!! But that has happened to me before and my mom is a hair stylist and she gave me some shampoo and conidtioner for it and my hair went right back to blonde!! Hope this helps!

The chlorine. It's only a problem if you lighten your hair, however. Natural blonde hair doesn't turn green... but there aren't that many natural blonde teens and adults.

yupp, its because the chlorine give it a green tint to it when you go swimming. Use tresame, I use it because on the back of the bottle it says it helps with that.
