Vitamin K and drink lots of water. Fill up a big pitcher of water and drink it by the time you go to bed. Get eight hour of sleep no matter what! Naps are good.
I have dark circles under my eyes too. It's a family thing.
If you do use makeup make sure the concealer is not a shade lighter than your skin or it will make it look worse.

I have had dark circles around my eyes since I can remember. I am 43. I am 50% Italian and 50% Irish. I think ethnicity has something to do with it sometimes. If you are predisposed to have them, then there is nothing you can do about it. The only thing I have found to help cover dark circles and not look like you are wearing anything is a make up called Bare Minerals foundation. It is an all natural mineral powder that actually hides all facial flaws, even freckles and it doesn't look like you are wearing any makeup at all. Your face will look porcelain smooth and natural. It actually helps improve your skin. It gives your skin a dewy softness and glow. It does not cake or settle into fine lines. I have been using it for about a year and my dark circles are 95% gone while wearing it. I have never worn makeup before this product and swear by it. Bare Minerals has a whole product line of quality natural makeup. Their eyeliner & eyeshadow pots are awsome too. On their website you can order a starter kit in the colors that match your skin tone. This product cannot be found in stores. I have only found it on QVC, Sephora, and Bare Minerals aka Bare Escentuals websites. I think if you try it you will be amazed. Good Luck

I have pretty dark circles too, I cover mine with make up...but if you don't want to do that try puttiny a wet spoon in the freezer for a few minutes and then pressing the rounded side to your closed eye and I think it will help the puffiness and darkness go away some. Hope that helps some. Best wishes
