Jalapenos & tomatoes make a great hot sauce.
Chop or blen & add to ketchup.
Add them to your veggie dishes to pump up the flavor.
Chop & add to the top of your salads.
Chop & add them to tacos or fajitas.

Peppers do OK in a pot, but should be about a 2 gallon container. Need more water when potted, and make sure there are drain holes in the bottom.
also needs full sun.
other than salsa....jalapeno or any chili's can be canned in a vinegar mixture and kept for years. you could make a sauce with food processor...add some herbs, garlic and olive oil and it would be like a dressing

You really can't grow salsas in a container, they have to
be made from individual ingredients like jalapenos,vinegar,onions
etc. You can also buy prepared salsas at your local supermarket.
