I am 22 yr old girl....my height is 5'4...but i want to become more tall...is it possible at this age....if yes..then how do i do it?....

Height is promoted by a gland in neck which secretes a fluid. Normally, in boys it promotes height upto 21 years of age, in girls, it is around 18 years. Only in exceptional cases, this secretion happens more after this age, and in such cases, causes freak tallness.

Unfortunately no. The age limit for growth is until 21 only... I've heard of a method where they inject your bones (i think) with something... I just don't know if this would work for your age. But do ask doctors just incase! :]

Most people are done growing around 18 years old.

Now take this from a man who is 5'11: 5'4 is perfect!
Longer than that and you will become intimidating.

i dont think it's possilbe but 5' 4'' is good
u dont need to be taller than this unless u want to play basketball
