I have red & swollen gums and very frequently I have to visit dentist please let me know some long lasting treatment.

SRP. Scaling & Root Planing. This cleans any debris from under the gum tissue and results in the tightening of the tissue. This needs to be followed up with periodontal maintenance every 3 months. Listerine and flossing 3 times dailt should help until you can get an appointment with your Hygienist.

Make sure you brush and floss your teeth. Brush in a circular motion, massaging your gums. Make sure you do it at least three times a day. If you have already had a deep cleaning make sure you continue to go back when the dentist tells you to. Try getting a Sonicare or an Oral B toothbrush. Those really help.
