How do i improve whiteness without using whitening toothpaste? ps. i dont drink tea/coffee or anything that really stains teeth!

Some teeth are naturally yellow and they are much stonger than the white ones. I dont think that's really a way out of it. If my skin is black I cannot make it white by washing it. Just be grateful that they're healthy!

I'd say it's time to find a better Dentist! There are many procedures to get very white teeth..(Unless you have deep permanent stains from long term use of antibiotics.) Some people want 'whiter than white' teeth..(better than B1 or A1) and resort to Veneers.

use a little salt in toothpaste. also get a toothpaste with bicarbonate of soda in this helps scrub teeth better and fizzes away stains.......

Stop eating CHOCOlate too
If you smoke that stains teeth also

use Miswak, its a branch of a special tree which most of the muslims use,

yellow teeth can be a racial characterestic, but there are so many non invasive methods to change the color of your teeth, ask your dentist and ask what experience he has on cosmetic dentistry

You can always do Zoom, or whitening trays that they offer at dental offices. That will help alot.

i think you should try using bicarbonate of soda which will clean your teeth and will eventually whiten them tooo gd luck xxx
