If she has never had any kittens before, then it might be a good thing to let her have a litter of kittens, before getting her spayed. If you don't want her to have kittens then as soon as she is over her heat cycle then take her and get her spayed. The heat cycle usually only last for 2 or 3 weeks, but if she senses and male cat outside she will come back in heat.

I have a feral bloodline female cat (unfixed), when she comes in heat it is horrible. She flip flops around and grinds herself into the carpet, she tries to get the male cats to show her 'attention' but they are fixed and just look at her like she is crazy, although one of my fixed males did have sex with her, this did calm her down. It was a very odd thing, never heard of this happening before.
Ever since her first heat she has turned mean to one of the boys (my boyfriend's cat) and she attacks him every chance she gets.
Feral cats have a wild demure about them.

Its normal for cats who r on heat to roll on the floor n keep on meowing in a vry deep voice. Its better to get ur cat spayed as it breaks the cycle of going on heat, Its also on the best interest of ur cat as cats who r not spayed hve higher risk for getting cancer.

This is normal, though you really ought to have her spayed. There's no reason for not doing this unless you're a registered breeder of pure-bred animals. Your cat will be healthier and happier, will tend to stay closer to home, and just generally be a more enjoyable pet.

She's definantly fine. Your lucky that's all she's doing. I work at a vet's office & you should hear some of the 'in heat' stories we hear. We had one female break a glass window (with a potted plant) to get out to the males to breed with them. There are so many unwanted kittens around. Please watch her & get her spayed ASAP !!

She is just very eager. If you don't intend for her to have kittens go ahead and get her fixed...if you are going to let her have kittens then let her outside now. There are likely male cats outside making it worse for her becuase they can tell she's in heat. Best wishes

What she is doing is normal. Do not let her out though. Also, if you get her spayed while she is in heat, the cost will be higher. Just be patient.

Normal behaviour for a cat on heat. Don't sweat it.

Poor thing, she's just really really horney, and I'm sure she knows there are tomcats right outside who are dying to get to her. Get the poor baby spayed.
