LOL ... Sorry man, but as a female I find it highly amuzing. If I let "a man staring at me with [that] kind of desire" get under my skin to that degree -- "it disturbes me greatly" -- I wouldn't have time for anything except feeling distrubed!
Why are you noticing this so much, anyhow? Are you checking to see if any guys are scoping you out? Why are you so attuned to this? Unless the guy is drooling over you or following you around or something, why would you even notice?
