I know where you're coming from. The poster who suggested that you exclaim, "Oh my goodness" had a good idea (I use it myself). Alternates:
Oh my gosh
Oh good grief
good heavens
It's incredibly difficult to stop something that you don't even think about, but you can do it!

I had to really really work on this one myself. Just start by saying "Oh my Goodness" or "Geez" That's my alternate. It starts with a G too so if you slip up and get ready to say it then it can be changed easier.

Dont worry too much about it. You are involving God in every thing where you say it. That should make every situation conmfortable with his involvement.
And Its better than saying "Holy S*Hit* or "Oh F*K" or "O S*HIT" :)
