Yes-it is basically vitamins and pills to lose weight-works for some, did not for me and the cleansing drink they wanted me to do almost made me throw-up! They could have changed in the last few years though for all I know.

Yes, I have heard of it, and used it. I am still using it, and I always will. It is a very healthy way to lose weight. I have lost 95 lbs in 8 months and am now off my blood pressure medications that I had been on for 6 years. My wife also lost 44 lbs and her triglycerides went from 364 down to 79. It is awesome! yes. Its been a while since I've used it. It is similar to the slimfast shake. It does work. But like everything consistency in drinking it, exercise and nutrition is the key.
