Maybe you shouldn't look at exercising as exercising, but as living. I mean surely you do move don't you, who wants to sit there all day. You just have to balance what you eat with the amount of activity you do, try gardening or just active things that make your heart beat faster or make you warm.

umm... well.... you don't. You could always stop eating but that can be considered dieting and its not healthy To rid yourself of excess weight you have to burn more calories than you consume. Diet and exercise are two of the healthiest ways to do it.

Liposuction, or amputation of redundant body parts... seeing as exercise is undesirable you could start with your legs, they'd weigh a bit.
