i surely belive in God, anyone who don't is ignorent enough to claim that a ship can sail it's way through the seven seas without a captin!!! but how to worship God is the question.... and as i see God's power all over the universe,, so i will not doubt his justice.. so i belive in judgment day ... (still makes sense) ... and as i will be asked about what i believed in , i'd rather answer God that i believed in only one God,capable of everything, and above all flows, and i followed the religion (worship & way of life) that said so... that's SAFE enough for me....and i belive that anyone who followes other religions can't answer God that : " we belived you came to earth and got crusified, (or your son for that matter) " ... because that shows that God is not perfect..< though he is above all flows>.. I am a Muslim..... and i know that other religous people from other religions might find peace in believing in God... but do you worship God as God ordered you to.?? Read the Qur'an to know

In the Bible we are told in 1 Chronicles 16:34 that God's mercy endures forever. In John 14:16 Jesus tells us that He is the way, the truth and the life. The Bible is clear that there is only one God and only one way to God. The problem is that many people are under the impression that God is waiting to zap people who do not confess Jesus in their lifetime even if they never heard of him or were not given the truth. That is an incorrect impression. All people everywhere (dead or alive) will be given the opportunity to know the true God and they will accept or reject Him only after they know the truth. God is totally fair. Please never let people tell you what they think the Bible says. Take the time to read it for yourself.
The source below that I have provided is a short article that does not take the place of reading the Bible for yourself, but it does point out some facts on God's amazing loving mercy and some false impressions about the God of the Bible. I believe it will inspire you to further research the Bible.
If I can share more with you, please let me know. I hope this helps.

It's all based on beliefs. From the time you are born certain morals and values are instilled in you. When you get older they stick. I believe my religion is the right one mostly because it is what I was taught to believe. Thinking otherwise now would be like thinking that the sky is green. You are always free to change your beliefs but what you are taught growing up has a big effect on what you belief the rest of your life. If your parents teach you that there is no god of course you could change views and become a christian, but odds are that you will remain an atheist. Many of a person's ways are developed in this manner. From what prejudices you have down to how you discipline your children.

The Religion that says that they have all the answers is never the right one, but it may have some of the answers.
Explore any and perhaps all religions if you like, but keep an open mind.
The Religion that says dont think, just obey, it is the will of God... They are never the right one, but they may have some good thoughts.
I refuse to believe that I was given such a beautiful mind by God, and he expects me to turn it off and operate solely on blind faith.
Blind Faith is meaningless! Unless you can look at all the cracks and flaws, and examine everything that is unbelieveable, and still believe... That is True Faith.

It has evrything to do wiith your belief system. For me evolution is out of the question, I still see monkeys. I have tried different religions. Zen, Budhism, Krisna, and Christianity. The one I have found to be the best for me is Christianity. I definitely believe in God. I also think that even those that have doubts, have beliefs to a certain degree. I can say the way I have chosen works Great for me.
Peace

I look at its tenets. They must hold together, none contradicting another. They must remain the same with perhaps additional insights but NO changes in the basics. They must conform to the best that is in humanity with their laws, their reasons, their tenets. Even if practioners past and present make lousy representatives, their religion must condemn their sins.
In the final analysis, I must take a leap of faith.
I'm a comparative theologian. I did all of the above. I'm Catholic....... now.
And btw, God didn't choose my way of life. Instead He did something MUCH greater. He gave me free will and intelligence and left the choices up to me. How's THAT for love? Being Who He is, He could have made me a mere puppet, but instead He made me His child. I LIKE that in a God.

I know that what I believe is working for me because I asked to be shown the truth.
What I dislike and mistrust are people who shout loudly that their way is the only true way and that anyone who doesn't 'believe' will burn in hell.
All 'religions' - I would rather use the word spirituality - are a path to God - or whatever you choose to call it - and are intended to lead people towards a personal relationship with Him/It. So many people seem to see the religion itself as the goal and miss the point.

In my opinion, their is no such thing as a "right" or "superior" religion. The "right" religion is in the eyes and heart or the beholder...All religions share a common law which is to respect, love, worship, help the less fortunate and all the other good stuff. Wether it be Buddhist, Muslim, Christianity or whatever, embrace your religion and have faith in it and clear all your doubts and you wont have to ask this question again...

Because I believe in the Bible. It's prophecies have always come to pass in the past, so I believe in what it talks about in the future.
Also, I have prayed to the God of the Bible and had answers to my prayers (including immediate ones).
I finally remember how I felt and the unexpected, immediate total peace that I had right after accepting Christ as my LORD and savior and repenting of my sins.
I had tried Buddhism before, but all I felt there was loneliness, the hole in my heart was filled when I accepted Jesus.

My religion is based on a "thus saith The Lord" and If I love Him enough to obey His commandments I willl love Him enough to be there and if I don't I won't. God's church is the one that keeps and teaches all of God's commandments [not suggestions] including the Seventh Day Sabbath that is why I am A Seventh Day Adventist christian.
