This I mean about the peoples who will act as righteous, but when we deal with them more and more afterwards we will realize that they are most dangerous and wicked. We cannot make any deal with them further. How we can avoid these peoples at first.

Trust your own intuition. Think about wether those who seem most righteous are humbled, active listeners, willing to learn- if not then they are not such "right and good" people. Don't forget, even the word righteous has negative conotations.
Trust in you, be independant, be strong, dependable, relaxed, and be confident. Do not expect others to fulfill your needs but fulfill them on your own. When you meet people be genuine, relaxed, and nonjudgemental. Accept others as they are, do not jump into relationships out of worry, nurture one another and good things will come.
You will attract into your life others who can influence you- be what it is you would like to see in others and then you will attract those types of people - who will then support your growth as a positive and meaningful person.

it is quite difficult to know people at first sight. but what u can do is to wait and watch for his action before dealing with him.try to get his point of view on certain points that will help u to identify the monster. one more thing, do,nt do the same mistake what u not like.

good question, but a man is also known by his reputation --- check out his background, if he's done bad to others, then they'll be happy to disclose it.
Some criminal acts or bad dealings that he's done might be of public record...for sure law-enforcement can do a check.
