You're kidding, right? Squeeze a damn lime into a measuring cup and see for yourself. The answers you get here will vary from the wild to the ridiculous.

Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Pie
• 1-9" graham cracker pie shell
• 1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
• 3 egg yolks (whites not used)
• 1/2 cup Nellie & Joe's Key West Lime Juice
Combine milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Pour filling into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating. Just before serving, top with freshly whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.

It varies quite a lot with the quality and freshness of the lime. Before juicing, put the fruit into warm water for a while and then roll it firmly under the palm of your hand.

I haven't a lime to hand to try, but I estimate you will get between 25 and 50ml of juice from it, depending on the ... well ... juiciness, lol.

This site http://www.webtender.com/db/ingred/186 says:
To get the most juice from a lime bring it to room temperature, then roll it on the counter with the flat of your hand while pressing down on the fruit to soften them up before squeezing.
A medium sized lime has about 1 oz. of juice.

Depends on the size of the lime and the power of the squeezer... anywhere from 1oz up to a cup I imagine.
