It sounds as though you have a mental illness and may have a disease known as paranoid schizophrenia. There are medications that you can take that help you think more rationally. The difficult part of treating this illness is convincing the patient that you have their best interest at heart, and are not trying to harm them.

Anyone who tries to help is automatically categorized by their diseased mind as in collusion with their perceived "enemy".

Sometimes cognitive therapy in conjunction with medication can give them some insight into their disease. Usually not.
