Definitely, I am Indonesian Chinese. You may Find me Bias But Hey, I am telling what I think. Indonesian is using various tropical spices to cook their food. It is very unique because every province has different dishes. For example: SOTO: there are at least 5 types of Soto in Indonesia. Soto Madura, Soto Jakarta, Soto Medan etc..

One more thing... KECAP MANIS.. is the KEY to most Indonesian Food.. Have you try it before? You should.. =)

I love Indonesian food if I go to one of my favorite Indonesian restaurants. I love the herbs and spices and unique tastes. Sometimes I get tired of eating the same thing and Indonesian is a nice cuisine change.

I-m half Indonesian, so maybe I-m biased.
By the way cooking Indonesian food is as much fun as eating it.
