I'm a Hong Kong resident. Chinese cook with lots of oil, sometimes palm oil which is mega saturated in fats and measures on the richter scale for cholesterol. MSG is common too.
That said, it's still better than KFC with it's deep fried fat plus11 different types of salt. Chinese cooking uses lots of vegetables and rice or noodles too and totally tastes better.

I heard recently that KFC has incredibly high amounts of sodium, so it's bad for you. I would order Chinese without the MSG!

this is the oil. virtually each little thing is fried at KFC and American-chinese language eating places. while i became pregnant, I had morning disease for approximately 3 months, thoroughly stop eating something fried, and once I had some fries, my finished physique felt an identical way you defined. our bodies are merely not processed that properly to handle some thing so dense and heavy.

kfc had too much fat and grease, go wit chinese cuz their food more healthy......did u know they're like the least type of people to get disease and stuff. Plus we all know they're smart, mostly everything says "made in china"
