i love the genral tso's chicken,sesame chicken,orange chicken with infused red pepers, i also like thia peanut sause,and i usualy finish off with an eggroll shrimp toast and some coconut chicken soup and it taste better when i get a free chinese calander that rolls up

Personally though my favorite Chinese dish would have to be Moo Shu Pork.

The best Chinese food is the one that Chinese make for themselves which is different from what they make in restaurants. I've been to Chinese weddings and the food is delicious.

A Chinese friend once let me try some of her moon cakes (at least I think that's what they were called). They were roundish balls, about the size of cookie dough balls before they're baked, that had a thin sheet of some kind of rice flour pastry dough wrapped around a slightly sweetened bean paste center. They were absolutely delicious!
