yes people of the wold tell me chef alyardee your favorite food.?

mine is roti carribean style roti.chicken coked ina mixture of spices along with potatoes curry being the main spice .wraped ina nice soft roti flat like bread.tell me that doesnt make you taste buds tingle.

sounds good!! but being a con-a** i prefer gumbo, seafood or chicken, boiled crabs,boiled crawfish, boiled shrimp very spicy, any seafood fry ed, bisque, etc.. you know all rich real Cajun cooking.....
