Go to a sperm bank. At a sperm bank the sperm/man has been
tested. Or go with the man to be tested for STD's and if the test
results are negative for any STDs, have sex w/ him right away.

Know your partner by staying with them for a long time and take the condom off on a heated night or at peak cycle.

Go to see a doctor,BEFORE you think of getting pregnant. If you plan it all out you won't have to worry about it.

Only have sex with one person you completely trust and has taken a test to make sure they are clean. Of course, they can't be with anyone else, just you.
