German pancake, fresh fruit, and cheese danish? I want something savory but not too heavy or too egg-y (since the German pancake is mostly eggs).

sounds like you have enough! fresh fruit to offset the pancake and danish. how about some refreshing beverages like mimosas? some bacon, or sausage links?

Maybe some time of sausage....it would off set the variety you have now, but also has a savory tast that isn't too eggy!!
