♡I'd have to say I love "Toro" (Otoro-fatty tuna belly) best! Toro is cut from the tuna's belly and is the most choice part of the fish.

It is praised for its high fat content. It is rich, tender, and literally melts in your mouth like butter! Need I say more? (*^o^*) You have got to try it at least once(*^o^*)
Other types I like are "Hirame", halibut that is transparent, and tender, perfect!

It's flavor is delicate and often accented with ponzu sauce.
～And "Ama-ebi" (raw shrimp). One of the greatest delicacies in the sushi case, ama ebi, when cleaned, is shiny, almost transparent, and sweet.♡

Sushi, well salmon sashimi + rice = salmon sashimi nigiri... okay, leaving aside the fish, my favourite sushi type is probably futomaki.

I love salmon and smoked salmon! And on the rolls I love California rolls even though that's not real sushi because it is all cooked.

I could be corny and say the cooked kind, but I actually do enjoy sushi. However, you will not find better sushi then that in Japan. You can actually have whale. But I prefer tuna, spicy tuna, yellowtail, spicy yellowtail - pretty much anything.

I'm a fan of the eel and the Shrimp tempura...they use a cream cheese with it that is really good.

Personally, I have a weak spot for Amaebi - especially if the shrimps are freshly caught.
PS. What's the point of answering a question about a "favourite" if you are going to answer "I hate it" or "none"... sheesh!
