Of course! Don't be an idiot. Just because he *says* he's a virgin doesn't mean he is.

If someone has an STD, then yes, it can be passed even during oral intercourse (body fluids, such as vaginal secretions, semen, and even pre-semen fluid can all pass STDs - even through the mouth).

ALSO! Very important! Do not give or receive oral when one person has a cold sore - this is a form of herpes (the harmless kind) that can be spread to the genital region and become genital herpes.

If neither of you have engaged in contact with anyone else, then chances are that neither of you have an STD - but diseases that can be passed sexually (like HIV and hepatitis) can also be passed through the sharing of needles or bad blood transfusions (the second is very very rare now a days).

It is always a good idea once you become sexually active (yes, oral counts) to get an STD test every year (if you are with the same partner) and every time you begin a new relationship.

Don't be stupid. Of course you could. Either one of you could have had contact with HIV through other ways than sex. Just cause you are a virgin doesn't mean you are clean and free of disease. And by the way a piece of advice for you is this: don't trust what anyone says about being a virgin or that they for sure don't have anything. Wear protection! You sound too immature and young to be having any kind of sex.

If you both virgin you have nothing to worry about unless
one of you are lying about being a virgin
you will never know unless you two get check and see
if you have an STD and then you both are safe
And can have sex anyway you want upside down around oral
enjoy
