Foods such as garlic, ginger and peppers (esp. cayenne) could tone and strengthen your circulation. Aloe vera juice *might* also be good for blood flow. Ginko Biloba is a herb suplement that is supposed to help circulation too. (BTW Peppers might be classified as "inflammatory" foods and so might not be a good idea, perhaps for other reasons).
For diabetes I have heard that Korean and American ginseng supplements can help the condition. It is also important to avoid all refined (white) and enriched flours (such as in bread, typical pastas/noodles and pastry). Instead eat whole/complex high fiber grains along with a good selection of vegetables.
Yoga, massage therapy and Qigong/Tai-Chi are three therapeutic systems that can have a beneficial effect on circulation and I have heard stories of some of them curing diabetes. Yoga and massage will help your posture as you mentioned but in addition they will tone all your organs and therefore clear blockages in your flow of blood and other areas of circulation and flexibility. Both Yoga and Qigong/Tai-Chi work in a sublte way to relax you on all levels and could help to rebalance your body and clear blockages in the flow of your "energy". They both incorporate meditation and breathing practices. The excerises happen in your body, emotions and in your mind which are all inter-related and this is why I am suggesting these systems as being powerful enough to benefit your condition. (BTW, Qigong/Tai-Chi is based on the same system as Acupuncture, Shiatsu and Kung Fu martial arts, so you could look into those as well.)

Talk to your doctor about possibly taking an aspirin a day to keep the blood thinned out a little, or he might suggest putting you on a low-dose blood thinner like Coumidin or Heparin. In addition I would start taking walks or doing some excersises for the legs to help stimulate and increase the blood circulation. If you are capable of walking. I say this because my husband is a diabetic but is also paralyzed due to a car accident and can't walk or use his legs at all. Due this situation he wound up eventually having to have the right leg amputated because of a deep vein clot. Best of Luck to You.

Yoga is good for circulation. The hatha type, where you hold the postures for a while. The gentle subtle movements of your muscles causes blood to flow, and stimulates circulation. Try somewhere between the "just sitting there" type, and the "foot behind the head" type. Just some good intro classes. The deep breathing seems to help, too.
Very relaxing too.

The best way to improve your circulation, as a diabetic, is to take the following supplements: pomegranate concentrate (delicious!), grapeseed extract, coq10 (New Chapter makes the best and most affordable), full complex vitamin E (e.g. Now's Gamma E), alpha lipoic acid (also good for regulating blood sugar and preventing neuropathy), and hawthorn berry! These are safe, effective, and very good for preventing the progression fo the disease.
