hi mak ! first of all i wana tell u dat Dieting doesn't means skipping and sitting hungry...if u do so u may not loose weight but u will loose ur health. for having a good shape u should follow these points :
1. Drink 2 glass of water after brushing every morning.
2. have a healthy breakfast (its a must)
3. avoid creamy,oily and fast foods.
4.Do Yoga (it will help u alot and giv u mental peace also)
5.Do exercise atleast for 45 min. daily!!!
DO ALL THIS FOR ONE MONTH AND SEE A NEW FACE n Physic of Urs!!!

Cut calories and exercise more (even walking 30 mins per day - okay to split the 30 mins into 10 minute increments).

Try to lessen your food intake, just eat until you think you are full (but not too full!), prefer healthier alternatives like fruits and nuts instead of chips and chocolates for snacks. Avoid bingeing when you have nothing else to do. Work out and try to move as much as you can. Dont be a couch potato. The list goes on, but the point is be conscious of little things. Youll see and feel the difference eventually!

always have breakfast, carry a water bottle with u, thirst often mistaken for hunger, try not to eat after 7pm, reduce portion sizes, grill/steam- dont fry, walk if you can avoid driving , swimming is best form of exercise, dont weigh urself more than once a week and most important of all allow urself a treat once a week or u may give into to other temptations

Eat more salads and fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of water, eat grilled or baked foods rather than fried or deep fried. Get plenty of exercise. Go to www.myfreediet.com and they will get you started in the right direction.

Avoid fatty and oily foods, eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Drink plenty of water. Gradually decrease your food intake, dont make yourself hungry. eat your meal in small amount, after 1 and a half hour your hungry again. eat yous snacks again in small amount. Dont drink softdrinks and alcohol. i suggest to drink water 30 min. before meals and right before eating drink again.

cut out all the sweets and fast food including all soda and caffeine. drink lots of water during the day it helps to fill ya up.it does not make you as hungry and crave alot of stuff during the day. and lots of exercise!

ok first cut down on your meat! Eat alot of fruits and steamed vegetables....drink low fat milk...Do alot of exercise...when u go out of the house try to walk and not go with the car if it isnt that far away.
