I've been reading and contributing to the posts in this forum for months now and I can see things boiling up faster and faster because of the citizens of the USA feeling more and more frustrated with the inactivity of their own employees (the government) to enforce the laws regarding immigration from the point of not severely penalizing the businesses who hire illegals, to turning a blind eye to the ones who get over the border and even turn up here and there due to using the medical system without paying for the service, using fraudulent SSNs, enrolling their children in the school systems, accessing welfare, driving without licenses/insurance, being arrested for other crimes such as assault, etc. (all perfectly simple and straightforward methods of discovering them and deporting them, but the government mostly lets them go without any punishment, let alone deportation). The idea of citizens rising up and taking over the job that the government should be doing is scarey to me, to say the least, but I can certainly see that happening if the government doesn't wake up and smell the coffee. I'm afraid that what would happen is that a lot of people will be inadvertently hurt in the frenzy by being mistaken for illegal immigrants, when they are legal citizens or immigrants, just on suspicion alone.

I hope it doesn't come to that, but I won't be at all surprised if it does.

I agree! I too am tired of all of the illegal aliens being protected. Hello people they have committed a crime. That makes them a criminal I don't care how you try to shade it.

I really wish that our government would grow a set and do what is right, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.
Try going to the mall and taking anything and everything you "need" and see if you don't get arrested. You know why? BECAUSE IT IS A CRIME AND SHOULD BE PUNISHED! The same way it is a crime to sneak across the border and mooch off another country by flying under the governmental radar.

I'm not a LEGAL American goofy, I'm a BORN American. That's what makes us BORN Americans better than an ANCHORED American or a LEGAL American. We are in a fight for our survival, just like the Alamo. The costitution says that if our government won't protect us, we not only have the RIGHT to take up arms against an invader, we have an OBLIGATION to do it. Its time for the American people to give Bush and the idiots in Congress a dead-line to protect us. If they won't, it becomes our OBLIGATION under the constitution to start shootin the dirty little buggers.

The thing I hate is their vengeful cowardice which instantly throws out the word "racist". A government, elected by its people, is supposed to enforce the laws voted on by that electorate. Illegal immigration is a law enforcement failure and a law enforcement problem. Wanting laws enforced has NOTHING to do with being a racist, no matter how much these racist advocates (yes!, THEY are the racists) scream that word.

I would like to see every news organization in the US confront and criticize any advocate that uses the word racist in this way.

Oh please let me say MMMMMMEEEEEEEE!!!!!! You just have no clue. Well, maybe you do. I was not always filled with hate. I was never accused of being racist. NEVER... I really care about this country. I am proud to be an American, a citizen of the greatest nation on earth. I hate what these freeloading criminal trespassers have done to my country. I hate it and I hate them. I hate their attitude of false entitlement. I hate their contempt for Americans because we tell them they don't belong here. I told two illegal Mexicans today to go back to Mexico. They gave me that usual stupid smug smile and said something in their crap language.

LOL@'have gun, will travel'...that's a good old radio show, but today it's more like 'have cellphone, will travel'. This is a civics issue, no bullets/belligerency required. I think the issue is that we've been MORE than generous with Mexico, and they now see fit to practically spit on the people that've been the underpinning of their economic advancement. That's the entitlement mentality in spades(meaning trump suit, not a racial statement), and it's really detrimental, I think, to our way of life, to have this garbage continue. Mexico, with a trillion-dollar GDP, has the monetary and land resources to support their own population, support their own police force/military, have elections, build hospitals, have schools, the whole show. We're gettin' robbed on this deal, plain and simple, but keep your cool about it. If you feel like firing, fire off a letter to your city council. Keep it civil, keep it factual, and keep it honest. 'si, se puede'...yes WE can, as in 'We, The People'....and start petitioning Congress to make sure they're not inadvertently catering to foreign lobbyists etc...

What a way to ask a question that not only "enrages" people but also throws out the "suggestion" that taking out a few people in the name of your cause "is the way to go"!

I have been fed up with ALOT of things in my life. But I have NEVER been so fed up with any situation that I want to "take somone out" or EVEN WORSE suggest to others that it is OK to do the same.

What I find "kinda sick" as well......IS.......now you are not just targeting "illegals" but you are targeting those who have a different viewpoint than you ALL as well. So now not only do you want to "lock and load" on the them BUT anyone who who disagrees with YOU or doesn't "back slap" you with every ridiculous post. Where does it stop? If and when the illegals are deported......the people who had different views than you are STILL going to be here.......what then? Are all of you going to rustle them up for having their own opinion on a subject with your "group" and use them for target practice.

I am tired of the silly excuses -we heard them all.

And the lies and the deniers and the deceivers . There are a lot on the board.

There are a few good reasonable ones who I don't agree with but who express themselves well. And we can and have shared on post and email our views.

But way too many who are just senseless and refuse facts. And in their bias ways have showed themselves foolish with their idle talk. And their conduct is shameful. And their acceptance of crime is pitiful. I have know some Illegals who have better values they know their crime and don't deny it and would never put me in the position to support wrong.
