quality food comes from quality material.

I just love all japanese food. For snacks though the wasabi peas are king.

Maybe its the fact that most of it tastes great but is also good for you and does not make you feel like junk after you eat it.

Very little japanese food has ever given me a bloated oh i wish i hadnt eaten it filling.

♡Do you mean snacks like Pocky and nori potato chips

or chocopies, manju, taiyaki, takoyaki...? Makes no difference I guess, ALL are DELICIOUS! ♡^_^♡ ~Well, if you knew WHY, then you'd use it to develop your own 'addictive-ly good' snack foods and take over the Japanese snack food industry!(*^o^*) Actually, I have no idea why it's so good, but I do know that every time I come home from the market, some type of snack food has managed to make it's way into my purchases of the day! (^_-)-☆ Just today, I came home with a box of Caramel Pocky,

which are quite delicious I might say! (This has been going on for almost 9 years now!\(^∇^)/ )So, the world may never really know WHY it's so 'addictive-ly good'... I don't have to know, I just enjoy them!(*^o^*) Wish I could have been more help!♡

Addictively good? Never heard that before.
What Japanese food? Eels?
Is there a chain that capatilizes on this?
Sorry, nothing against the Japanese, but I never heard of this.

Soy sauce and wasabe. The salt is addictive and the yeasty base of the soy and kick of the wasabe gives a unique flavor. But careful, the carbs and sodium make it really unhealthy, so moderation is important.
