Yes, actually I do. In fact, if you really want to try something - put your potato chips inside of your sandwhich (example: ham, cheese & mustard) - it's so good.
This is how I know that mustard with good with potato chips.

In West Bengal, India, there is a special mustard-based sauce called 'kaasundhi' - which would prove an ideal dip for potato chips.
I am sure it will be available at most Asian stores, especially in cities where Bengalis live. Try it : You'll sure like it !

Depends on what is mixed in with the mustard. Try a little cayenne pepper or hot sauce to mix it up a bit and give it a kick.
