You can get a STD from having unprotected sex, no matter what kind or with who. If the other person is sick, and you don't use protection (condom), you can get an STD.

Do you know what the letters stand for? Sexually Transmitted Disease. So it's "transmitted by sexual contact" from someone who already has the disease to someone who doesn't. Always wear protection or practice abstinence.
