Gyros, definitely!! Not bad with pita bread, toasted or not, either as a dipping sauce, and also great with grilled fish...
Tzatziki is made with plain yougart (sometimes tempered with a very little sour cream), shredded and drained cucumbers, some dill (or mint), and "entirely too much garlic"!
Another interesting Greek sauce you might want to give a try is called "Skordalia", a wonderfully garlic rich sauce served with grilled lamb and/or vegetable kebobs or grilled fish! Just click on the link to a recipe from the Food Network!

Put tzatziki sauce on steak gyros.

Cut your steak meat into thin strips about 2 inches long. Dice onions, green peppers and crush garlic. Saute the vegetables until tender crisp, set aside on a plate. Stir fry the meat on high heat, when cooked, add Montreal Steak spice to taste and salt and pepper. Add cooked vegetables. Heat pita bread, spread with grated cheddar cheese, pile on the meat mixture, top with diced tomatoes and onion and the tzatziki sauce. Fold up and wrap in squares of foil, enjoy.

I love it with a piece of simple grilled chicken or salmon, a nice greek salad with lemon and olive oil dressing and a good white wine.
