Um, there is this place in sd called bento and noodles and they have a roll call the devil roll. It is so good, it had tempura shrimp in the middle, with eel on top and is covered in like 3 different types of hot sause.
Then there is this other place that is owned by mexicans so their sushi is like a little different than everyone elses, and they have one calles Jalepenos, and it is crab and shrimp on top of egg and Jalenpenos. It is so good, but you obviously need to be into hot food
And I always love edamame, and some miso soup

Probably the ones called 'california rolls' which are the sushi without raw fish in it. It usually is composed of rice, seaweed wrapper, cucumber, cooked crab, and some other things if available. It's delicious!

Dragon Rolls -- varies on the restaurant, but essentially it is an outside-in roll, with the rice on the outside, and the meat on the inside. Eel is inside [and also the cucumber] and avocado is on the outside along with the rice. They finish it off with the broiled eel sauce (the sweet one).
Soft shell crab rolls -- Another inside-out roll, with fried soft shell crab inside and some spicy mayonnaise, then rice outside of the nori and sometimes with more spicy mayonnaise drizzled on top.

I will only eat veggie sushi. My favorite is with either carrots or cucumbers and a tiny dot of wasabi.

I enjoy a good salmon hand roll. Salmon, nori (seaweed) and rice, rolled in a way that it's shaped like a cone.
