For casual lunches, croque monsieurs are good...so are croque madames. Beouf bourgignonne is amazing for dinner, so is canard a l'orange. A nice french breakfast that i like is just plain old baquette with butter, dipped in tea.

Bon jour Dominque. Pain perdu because my grandmother used to make it for me. I am French by heritage and Cajun by location. My all time favorite is beignettes. Followed closely by jambalaya and shrimp po boys. Ah, New Orleans at suppertime smells delicious.

Croque monsieurs are good. For dessert, a lemon souffle is excellent.
