Chicken and Broccoli is my favorite Chinese dish. Strips of Chicken and Steamed Broccoli are put over white rice. It is lightly seasoned and brown sauce is poured over it. Chicken and Broccoli is tasty and healthier compared to other dishes!

general tso chicken. Its chicken in this dark brown glossy sauce...I think I could live off of it. Its awesome. It can be spicy though but the place where I get it, it's not. Its definitely one of my comfort foods. In most cases it comes with pork fried rice or white rice

Chicken fried rice.
Pre-cooked white rice, stir-fried in peanut oil with garlic, scallions, small bits of cooked chicken, carrot slivers, bean sprouts, fried egg pieces, and covered with soy sauce.

Crab rangoons! They are the little fried "purses" with crab meat, cream cheese, & onions in it (there may be other ingredients in it but those stand out). Or chicken with curry sauce - chicken, carrots, snow peas (optional but I dont like them), green curry sauce (somewhat spicy), & onions. I think they put green peppers in it too

Har gow (sp?) dumplings. They are shrimp, water chestnuts, ginger, wrapped in a thin wrapper (like a wonton wrapper), steamed and served with chili sauce

chinese pancakes... usually served as desserts in chinese weddings... it's like little strips of deep-fried pancake... crispy on the outside and it's filled with lotus paste.... sweeeeet!
based on this questions's answers, none of you have tried chinese pancake.. hope that it'll tempt you to try them!

I really like Kung Pow Chicken.. It is spicey and it has peanuts cooked with it.. Some place put vegtibales with it other dont.
