There is a small one on Franklin Road and East Washington Street. (It is right behind the Arby's)

They have the best Vietnamese food here in Indy.
They aren't that expensive either, but for dinner for two it will run you about $30 for a basic meal.

While most of the city's Asian restaurants fall under the fast-food classification, you will find a few upscale establishments that cater to the diner who appreciates presentation over price. VIET BISTRO happens to be one of the few Vietnamese restaurants in the city that offers a sophisticated setting that's a step above standard strip mall eateries. The airy space is highlighted with vibrant oranges and reds with authentic East Asian paintings hanging from the walls and comfortable woven bamboo chairs. Start your meal with an order of fresh spring rolls stuffed with vermicelli, shrimp and herbs. Entrees are impressive and include everything from stir-fried dishes served with rice and noodles, to seafood selections that you won't find anywhere else in the city. Pork with black pepper topped with caramelized onions is one of the restaurant's specialty dishes. For dessert, try the banana fritters that are covered in sweet rice flour.

5. King Wok - Vietnamese Paradise
I would like to share information about my favorite restaurant in Indianapolis: King Wok. As soon as you enter, your nostrils are filled with the pleasant aroma of cooking meat. You will probably notice the oriental men enjoying their noodle soup. You notice exotic swimming fish in a tank catch your attention and bring you into a trance. Breaking free from your trance you notice A pleasant, smiling Oritental waitress who leads you to a comfortable booth. She takes your drink order. The drinks are the most exotic selection including a Soy drink, Grass Jelly drink, and if she translated it correctly, a "squid" drink. These drinks are made with ice and are blended in the blender. After she returns with your tasteful beverages, she brings you a menu. But this is not like every menu. It is unique in that is has beautiful colorful pictures of the Oriental dishes to aid you in your descision. When she returns with the tasteful appetisers, (I reccomend the Pot Stickers) you notice the salt, pepper, ground fresh chili paste, sweet sauce, and soy sauce. You use these to flavor the deliscious appetisers. Soon after your dishes are cleared from the table, the waitress returns with your main dishes which are more colorful than pictures of them in the menu. Your taste buds go crazy as you enjoy your main dish. Please enjoy your food and drink and visit King Wok often.
