Is there even the slightest chance I didn't get it. Believe me I am preparing myself for getting it..but I just want to know if there is anyone...or any cases of someone NOT getting the virus?

Almost everyone has it or gets it but most people get rid of it without even knowing they had it. It can cause cancer you can go to your Gyno. and ask to be checked. It's really not as scary as it sounds just check it out. you can also pull up info on the web.

Well, I have never even heard of the std until the commercials about it came on TV. I encourage all of my friends to have safe sex or no sex. There are so many STD's out here that have no signs or symptoms. That's why they are so common. My only advice is to get tested. I know I am...Good luck to you

It's always possible you might not have got it, rare, but possible. I got it after sleeping with a guy ONE time.
HPV is the number one STD in the world. Most people don't know they have it and that is why they spread it so easily.

allot of people have this virus and they cure them self's only a small percentage have complications it takes a long time to find out but rule of thump safe sex is the best way of prevention

It's equally possible both ways. Get tested. If your a girl..pap smears every 6 months.
